Wellness Check-In Sessions

As part of the Integrative Wellness Plan, members have access to Wellness Check-In Sessions—non-medical, wellness-based consultations with the wellness professional intended to provide additional support during periods of discomfort, stress, or when the client feels their body is out of balance.

These sessions may include wellness discussion, review of current concerns, lifestyle or integrative wellness guidance, and recommendations for supportive services or referrals when appropriate. Wellness Check-In Sessions are not medical visits, do not diagnose conditions, and do not replace care from a licensed medical provider.

Wellness Plan members receive a preferred member rate of 25% offthe standard Wellness Check-In Session fee. Availability is based on scheduling and may vary by location.
