Hours, Policies & Procedures

Our In Person Office Hours Are As Follows BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

• Monday -*Thursday 81:00 pm to 5:30 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm 
•  After Hours and Saturday Appointments May be requested with additional fee 
• Thermal Imaging Appointments held on Saturdays or after hours will not incure additional fee.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate walk in appointments, However if you text us and we have availability, we will schedule you.   Well Life Institute & Wellness Center is trusted  holistic health & wellness center offering healing services,  natural health and wellness visits, testing and more. Our policies and procedures are as follows:

• Appointments for Linda Harris, LMBT 12914, Allison Webb, LMBT 14131 may be requested online or by phone or text to 252-363-7721. (Texting Allison at her previous number will only make you do another step, as she will direct you to go online or call or text.)
• We require a 48 hour cancellation notice or you will be charged 1/2 of service.  However, if you are sick or running a fever, had a virus within the previous 4 days, we will need to reschedule you. 
• Clients with habitual cancellations outside the cancellation period will be asked to pay in advance for appointments when scheduled.
• All Appointments made online or by phone will require a debit/credit card covering in some instances 50% of the appointment or full payment should you no show or cancel in the 48 hour period of service. If you cancel before the 48 hour period with a credit card on file, you will not be charged.
•  Appointment services can not be changed without prior consent.  If you want to make changes to your service, you must contact the office the day before by phone or text.  We reserve the right to refuse the change if it interrupts service times or providers scheduling.

• We accept credit/debit/ apple pay/fsa/hsa/cash or check.  
• If you pay cash or check you will receive a  $5.00 discount on most services.
•  WE DO NOT BILL OR HOLD CHECKS. FINAL PAYMENT DUE AT TIME OF SERVICE.

• There is an additional fee of $35.00 for emergency after hours appointments.
• After hours appointments are a very rare situation, as we are enjoying our family time.
• There is an exception for after hours previously scheduled wellness zoom or phone appointments.
